1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our" — Somboon Panya, a financial education practice registered in Bangkok, Thailand.
• "You", "User" — any person who accesses our website or enquires about or participates in our programs.
• "Programs" — the educational sessions we offer, including the Retirement Roadmap Workshop, Investment Awareness Seminar, and Estate & Legacy Planning Program.
• "Content" — all written, spoken, printed, and digital materials we produce in connection with our programs and website.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or participate in our programs. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

3. Description of Services

Somboon Panya provides financial education programs designed for adults 40 and above. Our programs cover topics including retirement planning, investment awareness, and estate and legacy planning within the Thai regulatory framework. We are an educational practice — we do not provide personal financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and nothing in our programs or on our website should be construed as such.

Our programs are offered subject to minimum enrollment requirements. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a program session with reasonable notice if minimum numbers are not met, and will offer a full refund or alternative session date in such circumstances.

4. Enrollment and Fees

Program fees are as listed on our website at the time of enquiry:

• Retirement Roadmap Workshop: ฿2,900
• Investment Awareness Seminar: ฿7,500
• Estate & Legacy Planning Program: ฿14,200

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include all program materials. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods communicated at the time of registration. Fees do not include any external professional services (such as legal advice or solicitor fees) that you may choose to engage separately following the program.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 10 business days before the program: Full refund or free transfer to an alternative date.
• 5–10 business days before the program: 50% refund or free transfer to an alternative date.
• Fewer than 5 business days before the program: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person.

6. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling in a program, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with educators and other participants
• Treat all information shared by other participants during sessions as confidential
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce session content without prior written permission
• Not use our program materials for commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information when registering

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Somboon Panya — including program materials, workbooks, website content, and any other written or spoken materials — is the intellectual property of Somboon Panya. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use materials received during programs for your own planning and reference purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish our materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Somboon Panya provides general financial education. Our programs and website content are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or tax advice. Nothing shared in our programs should be relied upon as a recommendation to take any specific financial action.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that program content is accurate and current. However, we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most recent changes to Thai law or regulation. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making significant financial or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Somboon Panya's liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program session who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with these terms. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided. We may also cancel access to future programs where terms have been materially breached.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts in Bangkok.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or enrollment in programs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
